Intrado are the appointed Civil and Structural Engineers on this 2/3 storey state of the art carehome in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. The project will provide a 70 bed carehome for residential, nursing and dementia care.
The structural design is traditional load bearing masonry with strip foundations. Being part of a wider development by Newland Homes the access road and drainage connections are provided by others. The on-site drainage includes for attenuation to reduce the surface water run-off from the site.
